Owen McMahon

Owen has been with PG McMahon Solicitors since the early days – since 1971 he has been a key element in the growth and development of the firm, particularly in the areas of litigation and probate. He has particular expertise in structuring family assets like farms and family businesses and in accommodating the succession or estate planning for such assets.

Owen regularly acts in high value court claims and has represented clients in significant personal injury,* probate, equity and business dispute claims. He maintains the firm’s strong Kerry connection and sees clients by appointment in Listowel every week.
