Rossa focusses on litigation, personal injuries and dispute resolution, advising individuals, businesses and regulated professionals — including a number of professionals in disciplinary proceedings.

He has particular expertise in capacity applications before the Circuit Court and High Court under the Assisted Decision-Making (Capacity) Act 2015 and related proceedings and issues.

Rossa is the firm’s data protection specialist, advising on GDPR compliance and defending complaints to the Data Protection Commission.

Rossa is also a Notary Public, European Trade Mark and Designs Attorney and Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators.
